To be eligible, simply use one of our colour matching services before you purchase:

We’ve designed them to take the guesswork out — and we’ll verify your match method on our end.
2. Your Order Includes a Matching Sample
Every full-size complexion product arrives with a matching sample, so you can try it on before opening the main product.
3. Not the right shade? We’ll replace it — or refund it.
If it’s not the perfect match, simply return the unopened product within 14 days. We’ll send a new one — or refund you entirely.

- Use of our Try-On, Quiz or Match My Makeup service is required for eligibility.
- We can verify this via your order.
- Full-size product must be unopened and in original condition.
- Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Guiya covers return postage within Australia.
