Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges.
How much does shipping cost?
A small box of Guiya Goodies costs $10 for standard post and $15 for express. We also have FREE standard shipping for orders over $145!
Does Guiya Minerals offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping with Australia Post for all orders over $145.
What shipping providers do you use?
Most of our parcels are sent with Australia Post.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most of our orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Brisbane, Australia. Domestic deliveries on the east coast will take around 1-3 days for express post and 3-5 days for standard post. If you are needing your order shipped to Tasmania, Adelaide or Perth, the shipping may take 3-5 days for express post and 5-7 days for standard post.

Does Guiya Minerals have a retail outlet?
Guiya Minerals is stocked in many retailers within Australia and New Zealand. A list of registered stockists can be found on our 'Locations' tab.
Do you offer wholesale opportunities?
We welcome any business that would like to become a Brand Partner to apply for a wholesale account! You can do this by filling out the form on our Wholesale tab. We would love to hear from you!
Can I get a discount if I am a makeup artist?
We love being able to support local artists! We offer industry discounts for active makeup artists, hairdressers, beauty/skin therapists and hair and beauty students within Australia. You are welcome to apply for an industry discount by clicking on the 'Industry Discount' tab in the footer menu. You'll need a registered ABN or proof of work to apply.
Does Guiya Minerals have sales or promotions?
We rarely offer sales or promotions online, but when we do, you can rest assured that similar offers may also be available in-store with our registered stockists. To stay in the loop, subscribe to our email list or follow us on social media for the latest updates.

Where is Guiya Minerals manufactured?
Guiya Minerals proudly supports local manufacturing. Our formulas are made right here in Australia and we have warehouses located in Brisbane and Perth.
Is Guiya Minerals a 'clean beauty' brand?
We are very concious of the growing interest in 'clean beauty', and as a result, Guiya Minerals avoids using ingredients such as talc, parabens, sulphates and formaldehyde which does classify Guiya Minerals as a clean beauty brand by most standards.
If you are concerned, we include a full and transparent list of every ingredient on every product page of our website - we don't leave anything out, no matter how small.
Are Guiya Minerals products certified?
Guiya Minerals is proudly certified Australian Made and Owned.
As an Australian-made product, you can rest assured that Guiya Minerals does not test on animals. We are vegan friendly and cruelty free!
Our best selling Z-Cote Zinc Hybrid BB Cream has also been independently tested as an SPF.
Is it true that in Australia, not all ingredients have to be listed?
Yes, it is true that in Australia, ingredients that make up less than 1% of a product's formulation are not required to be listed on the packaging. This regulation allows for some ingredients that are used in very small quantities to be omitted from the main label, but they are still disclosed in the product's detailed list on the inside of the packaging or website.
Guiya Minerals, however, prides itself on transparency and lists every ingredient, no matter how small. It's our promise to you!
