Shipping policy

All orders processed via our Guiya Minerals Head Office and Warehouse in Brisbane are shipped within 1 business day.

All orders (standard, express and international) are shipped with Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard delivery 3-5 business days.
• Express delivery 1-3 business days.
• International delivery up to 21 business days.

Any orders that are unable to be delivered will be held at your LPO Local Post Office (or equivalent) for collection. If an item remains uncollected after 1 week, the parcel may be returned to sender.

Shipping delays may be expected during the busy Black Friday and Christmas periods, or due to severe weather events. Unfortunately, these delays are usually out of our control, but shipping updates will be provided by email and via the tracking link.
