I sat my boss down and interviewed her! She’s unique in the sense that she really allows us to carve our own roles and our own paths because she wants us to be happy and work with our strengths. She cares so much about the world around her and she’s on a hot mission, so we got to the bottom of it because I think everyone needs to hear it, so that’s how we got to this point, I interviewed my boss, the Queen of Guiya Minerals.

Esther: “Let’s dive right in. Guiya Minerals has a unique vision of connecting feminine energy and empowering women. Can you share the inspiration behind starting this brand and how it sets Guiya Minerals apart in the beauty industry?”
Bell: “Thanks, Esther! It’s awesome to be here chatting with you. Guiya Minerals was born from a deep desire to create a brand that goes beyond just makeup. We wanted to build a community that supports and empowers women, breaking the stereotype that women don’t support each other. This genuine connection and nurturing environment make us stand out from other makeup brands”.
Esther: “That’s fantastic, you’re my idol. The sense of unity and empowerment is truly admirable. Can you tell us more about the journey you aim to take with your customers? How do you want them to feel when using Guiya Minerals products?”
Bell: “Guiya Minerals was developed and created for more of a spiritual journey rather than just a makeup that women wear. We aim to enhance not just the outer beauty but also the inner beauty of our customers. We want them to feel confident and beautiful from within. It’s about embracing their uniqueness and feeling good about themselves.”
Esther: “I love that holistic approach so much. Now, let’s talk about the community involvement aspect. How does Guiya Minerals incorporate community work into its business model, and why is it so important to you?”
Bell: “Community involvement is close to my heart. As a team, we believe in giving back and making a positive impact on people’s lives. It’s not just about selling makeup; it’s about creating a movement of happiness and support. We are setting up a free monthly gathering called Ground With Guiya. Attendees can expect breathwork, meditation and sound healing to begin with. This aspect excites me the most because we get to make a difference in people’s lives beyond the world of cosmetics.”
Esther: “I love that! Trust is essential in the beauty industry, and your commitment to honesty and transparency is evident. Can you share more about the thoughtful selection of ingredients and why it matters to Guiya Minerals?”
Bell: “Our brand’s ethos revolves around using the best and most natural ingredients in our products. We’ve put in a lot of effort to ensure that each product is of the highest quality and resonates with our purpose – to make people feel happy and confident. We prioritise ingredients that nourish and care for the skin, avoiding harmful chemicals. Honesty and transparency are key to us, and we want our customers to trust that they are using products that are good for them and the environment.”
